Shipping policy
- IOSOI Skin Lab currently only accepts orders from Hong Kong and Macau.
- Free HK shipping on orders over HKD400, orders under HKD400 will be charged HKD30 shipping fee by SF Express to residential/pick-up points/smart lockers/business addresses. (Free Macau shipping on orders over HKD700, orders under HKD700 will be charged HKD40)
- Order will be processed around 5 working days after confirmation. If there are any longer delays due to stock or shipping problems you will be contacted and notified of such.
- Delivery time is about 1-3 working days.
- If the confirmation email is not received within 48 hours after placing the order, please contact customer service to check the latest status of the order.
- Products containing alcohol (eg. hand sanitizer), oils or with nozzles cannot be shipped in Macau, and the relevant orders will be canceled and refunded.
